Stephanie Ann Babb Mandarini
Hephzibah, GA – Stephanie Ann Babb Mandarini, 49, loving wife of 22 years to John Darren Mandarini, entered into her eternal rest Monday morning, June 27, 2022 at her residence. Services to celebrate her life will be held in the James Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Thursday morning, June 30, 2022 with Brother Dewain French officiating. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens in Grovetown.
Growing up in Martinez, she met the love of her life while attending Columbia Middle School, marrying him in April, 1996. She was a homemaker, taking great care of her family and making sure their home was a loving safe haven. Stephanie especially loved to cook and found great pride in their enjoyment of the meal she so lovingly prepared. Then in 2007, she and her husband started Mando Auto Repair where she was an integral part of the operation. Stephanie loved all animals, but had a special bond with horses. She loved music of all genres, listening mostly to rock ‘n roll, especially Led Zepplin. Loving to travel, especially to the mountains, she and John were able to take long vacations over the last few years, enjoying New York, Virginia Beach, and visiting all along the east coast. It was said that she was “full of useless information” and could have been on Jeopardy or any other trivia game show. Her heart’s desire was for everyone to be happy, have a good time and enjoy life. Above all else, she loved her family and made them her first priority. This loving, supportive wife, devoted daughter, mother and grandmother, and loyal friend will be greatly missed. Her love lives on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Stephanie is preceded in death by her father, David Wayne Babb. Others left to cherish her memories include her children, Alicia Willis (Ashley), Megan Mandarini, and Cody Mandarini (Shelby); her mother, Patricia Ann Hawkins; five grandchildren, Ryan Moss, Greyson Ringgold, Benton Scarborough, Brookelyn Mandarini and Dawsyn Mandarini; a sister, Marie Adams; other extended family and many friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Mandarini, Vince Mandarini, James Herzog, Brandon Lollis, Louis Newman and Andrew Reid.
The family will receive friends at James Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday evening, June 29, 2022.
