Richard “Dick” Dale Johnson, 95, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the Moundridge Manor in Moundridge, KS. 

Dick was born to the late Mary Holdeman Johnson and the late Herman P. Johnson on January 29, 1929 in Massillon, OH. He was united in marriage to Virginia Mininger in 1950 at Walnut Hill, FL. He moved to Stapleton in 1956 where he was a dairy farmer until his retirement in 2000. He served his Lord and Savior as a member of Pinecrest Mennonite Church.

Dick is survived by his daughters, Audrey Giesbrecht (Gerald) of Davisboro, and Gail Holdeman (Nathan) of Louisville; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Virginia; five sisters; and five brothers.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00PM Friday evening, January 24, 2025, at Pinecrest Mennonite Church. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:30AM Saturday morning, January 25, 2025 at Pinecrest Mennonite Church with interment following in the church cemetery.

The family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Pinecrest Mennonite Church Building Fund, c/o Mitch Holdeman, 3104 DuHart Church Rd, Stapleton GA 30823.
