Augusta, GA  – Paul Anthony “T-Bone” Thomas, 49, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held at 4:00PM on Friday, May 18, 2012 at Woodland Baptist Church with Rev. Gracie Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 6:00-8:00PM at James Funeral Home.
Tony was an active member and musician in his church—Cathedral of Atonement, FCU. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sheri; his mother, Maria; a sister, Rosita; three children, Antonio (Melissa), Nathan and Breanne; three step-children, Kraig, Chad and Nickolas; and three nieces, Carmen, Tatiana and Sasha. Pallbearers will be Tony Arrington, Chad Hobbs, D.J. Johns, Eddie Pierson, Steven “Buster” Riedel and Mark Sevier.
Because of his untimely and unexpected passing, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to James Funeral Home, PO Box 588, Wrens GA 30833.

I’m Free

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free.
I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call;
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day—
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way;
