Cecelia Little Dye
Wrens, GA – James Funeral Home announces the death and funeral services of Mrs. Cecelia “CeCe” Dye, age 61, of Wrens. CeCe transitioned into Heaven, Monday, February 8, 2021, at August University. A graveside service will be held on at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Wrens Memorial Gardens with Drs. Linda and Race Lariscy, Apostle and Evangelist of Holding Forth the Word of Life Ministries officiating.
Because of the family’s respect and concern for public health and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged during any gathering.
Cecelia was a native of Wadley and the daughter of the late Kermit Thomas Little, Sr. and the late Margaret Hall Little. She attended Bartow Academy. CeCe loved to cook for her family and friends, and many knew her for ownership of Dyes BBQ. She had a sincere love for her children and grandchildren and could be found doing anything to make them laugh. She was a committed disciple of Christ and a vital member of Holding Forth the Word of Life Ministry where she faithfully served people.
CeCe was also preceded in death by her brother, K. T. “Bubba” Little, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Dye; her daughter, Julie Anna Koch (Chase); her son, Brent Dye (Holli); her five beloved grandchildren, Hudson Koch, Graham Koch, Liam Dye, Emma Claire Dye and Mary Faith Dye; and her sisters, Sandra Jones (Randall) and Martha Mays (Floyd).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holding Forth the Word of Life Ministry in Wrens, GA.
